Estimating Production

Posted by Matt50Smart on July 9, 2017 at 1:10 AM Comments comments (30)

Here are a few productions I use all the time when I am creating a structural fabrication steel estiamte.

Typical welding Inchs:

Flat - 100 Inch per hour per pass

Horizantal - 75 Inch per hour per pass

Vertial - 65 Inch per hour per pass

The above welding inchs are based on using Fluxcore in a shop setting

Standard stick wielding adds on 10 to 15 inch per our.

The above rates are based on a average welder.
